More Than Jewelry: Why Pintody Is Expanding Into Western Lifestyle Apparel

 

 

If you've been following Pintody for any length of time, you know that jewelry has always been at the heart of what I do.

Every piece I create starts with a love for the western lifestyle—whether that's a personalized cattle brand necklace, a turquoise ring, or a custom piece designed to tell someone's story.

But over the last year, I've found myself thinking about something.

The women who wear my jewelry aren't just buying jewelry.

They're horse owners.

They're ranch wives.

They're farm girls.

They're women who love the western way of life, whether they live on a ranch out West or on a small farm tucked away in the mountains like I do.

And that got me thinking...

What if Pintody could offer more than jewelry?

 

 

 

 

A Typical Day Around Here

Most mornings don't start with me putting on jewelry.

They start with coffee.

Then feeding animals.

Checking on horses.

Taking care of chores around the farm.

Answering customer messages.

Working on jewelry orders.

Like many of you, my days are a mix of muddy boots, animals, work, and trying to squeeze everything into 24 hours.

When I'm doing those things, I'm usually wearing my favorite comfortable graphic tee or sweatshirt.

The jewelry comes later.

A necklace.

A pair of earrings.

A turquoise ring.

The jewelry completes the outfit, but the outfit starts with comfortable pieces that fit the lifestyle.

That's what inspired this next chapter for Pintody.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Western Lifestyle Is More Than a Fashion Trend

Over the last few years, western style has become incredibly popular.

You see cowboy boots showing up in cities.

Turquoise jewelry appearing in mainstream fashion.

Western-inspired clothing everywhere.

While I love seeing western style get attention, for many of us this isn't a trend.

It's simply who we are.

The love of horses.

The appreciation for open spaces.

The pride in hard work.

The connection to family traditions.

The memories tied to a cattle brand that has been passed down for generations.

These things aren't trends.

They're part of our identity.

That's why I've always tried to create jewelry that means something.

And now I want to bring that same feeling into other products as well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Why We're Adding Graphic Tees and Sweatshirts

One thing I've learned from talking with customers over the years is that we have a lot in common.

We love turquoise.

We love animals.

We love personalized items.

We love pieces that tell a story.

We love things that make us smile.

Graphic tees and sweatshirts are a natural extension of that.

They're comfortable.

They're practical.

And they allow us to express a little bit of our personality without saying a word.

Whether it's a funny ranch saying, a horse-themed design, or something inspired by country life, these pieces become part of our everyday lives.

My goal isn't to create generic apparel.

My goal is to create designs that feel like they belong in the Pintody family.

 

 

 

 

Staying True to What Makes Pintody Different

If you're worried that Pintody is turning into a giant clothing boutique, don't be.

Jewelry will always be the heart of this business.

I'm still creating the sterling silver and turquoise pieces that you know and love.

I'm still making personalized cattle brand jewelry.

I'm still designing custom pieces.

That isn't changing.

What is changing is that I'm looking for ways to offer products that fit the same lifestyle while allowing me to serve customers in new ways.

In many ways, it feels like a natural evolution.

After all, if you love western jewelry, there's a good chance you'll love western-inspired apparel and gifts too.

 

 

 

 

 

Looking Ahead

This is just the beginning.

In addition to graphic tees and sweatshirts, I'm excited about exploring other products that fit the western lifestyle we all love.

The goal isn't to sell everything.
