Shipping policy

Pintody is a handmade jewelry company. We do our very best to get your order shipped in 2 to 4 weeks. We are as excited to get your order to you as you are to getting it. All items are hand fabricated in our studio and shipped by us. It's run by just 1 person me (Lynda) so please be patient as I make and prepare your order to ship. Choosing a faster shipping option does not help me make items faster, sorry. I do my best to get orders out as quickly as possible but have a lead time of 5 to 10 days. You can expect your items to arrive within 3 weeks from order date unless I contact you.

Shipping Services we use:

USPS First Class, Priority, and Express

Cost:

  • First class -  $5.75 free with any order over $35

  • Flat Rate Priority - $10.95 Free with orders over $75 just check the free box when you reach checkout.

  • Flat Rate Express - $32.00 This is the fastest shipping speed we offer and is not guaranteed for 2 days but usually makes it on time.

  • International first class - $18.00 

  • International Priority - $52.00

We accept many forms of payment including Paypal. You can find all your payment options listed in the footer of our site.


International customers: Vat/ tax and other fees

All orders outside the U.S. may occur additional cost by your destination country. Please be aware that we have no control over this and do not know what they will be. Check your countries import fee's these will be your responsibility to accept your package. We do not profit from these fee's and are not responsible for paying them.

There may be delays with your package if it is held in customs so be aware of this when placing your order.

 Returns:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but can offer and exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as earrings, down loads, personalized items, custom items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Personalized items (unless there is a mistake)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Unworn jewelry
- Damaged items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pintodysilver@gmail.com and send your item to: Pintody, 130 Karns Rd, Stillwater PA 17878, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can return the item for a store credit or exchange.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
