Returns
Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send
photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment.
We do have a photo proof package listing in add-ons for purchase if you are interested. We also sometimes share sneak peeks of customer items on our Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/pintody/
What are the care instructions for this item?
Sterling silver by nature will tarnish, this is a totally natural thing and easily fixed with a polishing clothe. You can also use soap and water on most items that do not have pearls in them. Use a soft tooth brush to scrub any grim or dirt off, dry and polish with a silver polishing clothe.
If your piece has discolored your skin it is usually due to something that it came in contact with and will easily remove. Just follow the steps above again for best results.
When will my order ship?
Most items will ship in 1 to 7 days. Custom or personalized items will ship in 1 to 10 days with exception of Custom Brand Items. These can take 5 to 15 business days depending on the time of year and our order load at the time of your purchase. To avoid long processing times we encourage you to place your order as soon as possible and relay all customization ideas to us on your order and messaging so we can get started right away.
Sizing details
Please know your ring size when ordering. You can go to any jewelry store to have your finger sized. Even Walmart can do this. If you are not in the US you can us any size converting chart. Use google to find one.
Bracelets Sizes - please read the description of all listings to know how to measure and select the correct size for you.
Can I Cancel My Order
Yes, you may cancel your order up to 24hr after purchase unless it has already been made. Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for
alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our
message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests
Do You Offer Refunds For Any Reason?
There are NO refunds since every item is made to order and custom to you.
If we have made a mistake on the order we will reship a new item with a return packet for the incorrect item.
Please send a photo to our email address of the item you received.
We offer an insurance upgrade in our add-on section to add to your order in-case of damaged items or missing packages. This fee must be added to your order to be processed.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as earrings, down loads, personalized items, or custom items cannot be returned or refunded. All items returned must be in unused and returned in the original box as it arrived.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Unworn jewelry
- Damaged items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pintodysilver@gmail.com and send your item to: Pintody, 130 Karns Rd, Stillwater PA 17878, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can return the item for a store credit or exchange. This excludes personalized items.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and will be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
