Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before its handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take up to 3 weeks to be created for you.

We ship all International products through USPS First Class
Pintody is not responsible for duty, Vat or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 2 to 3 weeks to be handmade.
Do you Accept Returns?
Our policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
* Any Item Commissioned and not paid in full
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Always have your finger sized by a jeweler before ordering a ring.
There is a Small $25.00 fee for re-sizing and you are responsible for the return to our shop.

Do you do Custom Orders?
At this time we are not taking custom orders. I am happy to customize or personalize anything you see in our shop. Look for our open custom items on our blog when we offer them. These will be stones you can get set in a design I am showing.
If you see something you love and would like to request changes I'd love to hear your ideas. We get the best ideas from our most loyal clients.
Please note though that no items will be created until payment is made in full.

Yes! like you I don't always have the cash and buying a perfect gift will leave me short on the electric bill. No one should ever have to decide between buying something awesome or paying bills. Note: for all items purchased on a payment plan there's is a 20% restock fee deducted from the payments made should you change your mind or need to cancel.
If the item(s) are ready to ship they will leave within 24 hours of your last final payment. The usual wait time for custom and personalized items will still apply but we will get started on your order right away. In almost every case you will have your item before your final payment is in sight!! Yay!
