All items are made to order. This means your product is created after your purchase is placed.

Processing Time

Gift Shop items take [PROCESSING TIME — example: 2–10 business days] to be produced before they are shipped.

Jewelry Items are Handmade and ship in 2 to 7 days with the exception of brand and personalized items. Processing times can but up to 15 business day.

During holidays or high-volume seasons, processing times may be longer.

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

When will my order ship?

Our products are made to order. Production typically takes 

Gift shop items 3 to 7 Days

Jewelry items 2 to 3 weeks, (some ship within 7 days)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: ESTIMATED TIME 3 to 7 business days

  • International: No International shipping at this time

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, wrong color choice, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at lynda@pintody.com within 7 day of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours or before 5pm EST of the same day of purchase.

After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at lynda@pintody.com.

If your order has not gone into production or shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

My package says delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?

First, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or delivery carrier. You will be surprised at how many times the carrier left it somewhere around you home or next door. 

If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier using your tracking number.

Do you offer custom orders?


At this time, we do not offer custom orders.

However if you have an idea we would love to hear it. Contact me at lynda@pintody.com with your request.

What size should I order?

Please check the sizing chart listed on each product page before ordering.

For a more relaxed fit, many customers prefer sizing up. For a more fitted look, choose your usual size.

How should I care for my item?

For apparel, we recommend:

  • Wash inside out

  • Use cold water

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Do not bleach

  • Do not iron directly over the design

Size chart 
Please use our size chart in listing to prevent errors in ordering.
Always have your finger sized by a jeweler before ordering a ring.

There is a Small $25.00 fee for re-sizing and you are responsible for the return to our shop.

Ring Sizer:

You can not measure your finger with a string to get the correct size. For the best fit you can order a ring sizer Here.

Do you do Custom Orders?

At this time we are not taking custom orders. I am happy to customize or personalize anything you see in our shop. Look for our open custom items on our blog when we offer them.  These will be stones you can get set in a design I am showing.

If you see something you love and would like to request changes I'd love to hear your ideas. We get the best ideas from our most loyal clients.

Please note though that no items will be created until payment is made in full.
