      Once the order was shipped I could tell that the package made it Kansas City and then didn’t go anywhere for almost a week. I contacted seller and they told me I should go to the post office. Offered no help. After several communications with seller it was obvious they were not interested in helping me. I had to go the post office and inquire about the package. Once I did that I had my item the following day. My opinion is it is the sellers responsibility to find out what happened to the packages they shipped once the customer tells you there is a problem. It’s called customer service. The person I was dealing with was very rude.

      Also, I’m not impressed the quality of the item.

      Although I always put a track on packages as soon as a customer alert me to it them being stuck in transit. I suggest to get with your local post office so they can assist with any issues happening with their distribution center. This didn't go over well I see and my help was not accepted with delight even though shipping is out of my hands once passed over to our system.
      It's always a good idea to check with your local post office if a package is missing or stuck. They can provide so much more information than my local post office or any tracking provided.
